The rich biodiversity of the Greek landscape and the nomadic beekeeping traditions they follow guarantee the quality, and taste of their products. They locate the bee colonies at mountainous and semi-mountainous areas far from cultivations. Thus the products produced are pure.

How does it stay honey?

Honey maintains its particular characteristics, if properly maintained. Steps that can be taken are --> Keep it :

• Away from other items
  that may have odors. Honey tends to absorb strong odors around it.

• Maintain in a place with low humidity. Honey should be stored in dry places (maximum 65% humidity) because honey is hygroscopic, meaning it absorbs moisture.

• Keep the Honey in a Dark place. Exposure to light deteriorates the honey’s nutrients
