Assa | Organic Premium Greek Honey

Assa; one of Chalkidikis' ancient cities which was located near the Mount Athos. Nowadays, Assa is located near Pyrgadikia; where their apiary is.

3 different tastes:

-Pine Honey: It is collected from the virgin pine forests of Chalkidiki, during the challenging months
of summer and autumn. Distinctive flavor with amber to dark brown color. For the fans of the pine scent.

-Oak Honey: It is collected on the Mount of Cholomontas, which has a great diversity of flora and fauna. Especially rich taste with sub-sweet tones and an intense black color.

-Sidr Honey: It is a multi-flower honey is produced in May, when nature is in full bloom. It is a mixture of honey from many different flowers, with the predominant elements being linden and Paliurus. Golden in color with a sweet taste and a strong aroma of linden and wild flowers.
