You can now make your own Nektar iced coffee frappe, the well-known Greek recipe, a favourite in Greece and abroad.

Greek Frappé Float & Cream Recipe (Frappé me Pagoto):

• 2 tsp Instant Greek Coffee
• 1-2 tsp Sugar (adjust to taste: Glykos or Metrios)
• 3 tbsp Ice-cold water (for the foam)
• Ice cubes
• 1/4 cup Evaporated milk (traditional Galataki) or whole milk
• Extra cold water
• The Retro Topping: 1 big scoop of premium vanilla ice cream or a swirl of whipped cream.

Build the Base: In a tall glass, add the instant coffee, sugar, and 3 tablespoons of cold water.

Froth it Up & Chill: Use an electric milk frother (frappé mixer) to whip the mixture for 15-20 seconds until a thick, creamy, caramel-colored foam forms. Drop 4-5 ice cubes into the glass.

Pour & Mix: Slowly pour in the evaporated milk, then fill the rest of the glass with cold water, leaving some space at the top. Stir gently with a straw.

The Old-School Finish: Top your frappé with a rich scoop of vanilla ice cream (Frappé me Pagoto) or a fluffy layer of whipped cream.
